Glory To God Great Things He Has Done

How great is MY God?

“The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.” Psalm 126:3

How many things can you list right now about what God is doing in your life?  How great is our God when He sees our needs and meets them – no – exceeds them day by day!  God is working in our family’s life in so many amazing ways and all I can do is bow my head in humble adoration of MY God.  He saw our needs.  God gave us the desires of our heart and continues to exceed all we could ask or think.  Today, I sit back, look at His creature from my office window and sing of how wonderful MY God is!

To God be the glory, great things He hath done,
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son,
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin,
And opened the life gate that all may go in.

Oh, perfect redemption, the purchase of blood,
To every believer the promise of God;
The vilest offender who truly believes,
That moment from Jesus a pardon receives.

Great things He hath taught us, great things He hath done,
And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son;
But purer, and higher, and greater will be
Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.

Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the earth hear His voice!
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the people rejoice!
Oh, come to the Father, through Jesus the Son,
And give Him the glory, great things He hath done.
