My mom used to tell me I loved singing this song as a kid. I’m sure I belted it out not entirely understanding the power of these words.
“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13
Days can be stressful as we grow into adulthood and time after time I have sung these words knowing that on the toughest of times, I’m never friendless. Jesus is right there for ME. He is the truest friend we can have and He never leaves!
He was a man tempted in all things as we are and YET without sin! He knows the hardest paths I must walk and that brings great comfort in knowing this Friend is mine.
